Franchise Management Systems

We have recognised that in certain cases the Franchise Management Systems package will not be appropriate. We have therefore developed a range of ‘scaled down’ options, which we have collectively labelled as ‘FMS Lite’. These incorporate many of the key features of FMS, but can be delivered to networks who do not need the functionality of the full package at a significantly lower cost.

FMS Lite - Meeting the demands of both franchisor and franchisee Examples of situations where this service may apply include:

Networks who do not need complex reporting at franchisor level could choose to access more basic, standard reports, rather than the fully bespoke versions.
Networks with smaller individual franchisees may feel that the full version is too sophisticated.We can reduce complexity in a number of ways, such as simplifying nominal ledger structures and processing on a quarterly rather than monthly basis.
Start up networks could adopt a simplified system and migrate to the full version over time as they grow.
Franchisees who already process certain information themselves can continue to so.We will automatically transfer the accounting information generated locally into our systems and deal with any areas they have not covered.
We can act as collection and reporting agents for networks who have franchisees with fully functional local accounting systems.We can collate the data electronically and provide the franchisor with ‘consolidated’ reports.
